Mr. Carl Milton Yonge, Jr. of White Oak was born on January 6, 1976 and passed away peacefully on April 24, 2026 at Womack Army Medical Center in Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Carl was 50 years young.
A man of faith, Carl found strength in his relationship with Jesus Christ, he attended White Oak Family Worship Center where his faith and fellowship enriched those around him. His welcoming nature meant he never met a stranger and, was always ready with a kind word or helping hand, qualities that were evident in his community service.
Carl was a firefighter with the White Oak and Tar Heel Fire Departments which reflected his courage and selflessness. He answered the call to protect and serve without hesitation, demonstrating a profound sense of responsibility and bravery. His military service in the Army further showcased his dedication to country and his willingness to stand in the line of duty.
Throughout his life, Carl exemplified the qualities of a caring individual who touched the lives of many. His love for his family was paramount; he cherished his wife, Crystal Ann Yonge, and his daughters Brianna, Kimberly, Caitlyn, Jessica, Michele, and Serenity Yonge. His step-mother Shelia, one sister Nichole along with his brother-in-laws, Steven, and Jason, sister-in-law Heidi, also his beloved grand-daughters, and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl M. Yonge, Sr. and Michele Yonge, whose legacy he carried forward.Carl’s heart also held a special place for his late daughter, Christian Beaty, whose memory remained a guiding force in his life.
Honoring Carl’s wishes a private family service will be held.
Carl Milton Yonge, Jr.’s life was one of service, faith, and love. His impact on family, friends, and community will be remembered with respect and admiration. His legacy remains a testament to a life well-lived and a soul deeply valued.
