Jerry Daniel Davis, Sr.

Mr. Jerry Daniel Davis, Sr. of Clarkton was born on December 1, 1945, and went home to be with his Lord on Monday, February 23, 2026 in Shreveport Louisiana. Jerry was 80 years young.

The family will recieve friends on Thursday, March 5. 2026 from the hours of 5:00PM until 7:00PM at the Bladenboro Funeral Chapel. 

Jerry was a hard worker, pouring himself into every task he undertook, and his commitment to excellence was evident in both his professional and personal life. He was a hands-on person, always willing to lend a helping hand. His dedication extended beyond work; Jerry held an unwavering faith, loving the Lord dearly and finding solace and strength through his church. His connection to his faith was an integral part of his life, shaping his character and guiding his interactions with others.

He leaves behind his beloved wife, Diann Davis, who was not only his partner but also his closest friend. He is also survived by his two sons, Steven Davis and Jerry Davis, Jr., who carry forward his legacy of hard work, compassion, and faith.

Jerry Daniel Davis will be remembered not just for his accomplishments but for his generous spirit and the profound impact he had on those around him. His life was a testament to love, dedication, and faith, and he will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know him.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00PM on Friday, March 6, 2026 in the Western Prong Baptist Church Cemetery.
