Linda Kay Lewis of Bladenboro was born on December 12, 1941 to the late Joe and Annie Warren in Sampson County, and passed away on March 31, 2026 at her home. Linda was 84 years of age.

Known for her loving nature, Linda was the heart of her family. She cherished the time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, finding joy in their presence.

Linda is survived by her two daughters, Tammy Nance and Virginia “Jenny” Vause and her husband David. She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Mitchell Vause along with his wife, Micheal Vause along with his wife, Josh Nance, and Brianna Nance, who were a constant source of pride and happiness. The family has also been graced by eight great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by two great grandchildren Rivor and Riley Tripp.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 2, 2026 at 3:00PM in the sanctuary of Bethel Holiness Church in Bladenboro with Pastor Scott Shipp officiating. Burial will follow the service in Bladen Memorial Gardens in Elizabethtown. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service the same day.
