Ronald Kerry Moody of Aiken, SC was born on January 30, 1966 and passed away on January 15, 2026 at his home after a tough battle with cancer. Kerry was 59 years young.

Kerry dedicated his life to both his family and his passion for welding, running his own successful welding business. He was not only known for his professional achievements, but he was also a man who embraced life’s simple pleasures. His love of hunting was a testament to his appreciation for nature and the outdoors, providing him with cherished experiences and memories.

Kerry is survived by his devoted wife, Lisa Moody, with whom he shared many years of love and partnership. Also his daughter, Kaylee Elliott, and a doting grandfather to his granddaughter, Autumn Jennings. He is also survived by his sisters, Sharon McLawhorn and Kelli Ellis. Kerry leaves behind his father, Ronald C. Moody, and his mother, Alice Pat Bootle Moody, who fostered his strong values and work ethic throughout his life.

The family will recive friends on Thursday January 22, 2026 from the hours of 5:00PM until 7:00PM at the Bladenboro Funeral Chapel. A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 23, 2026 at 1:00PM in the Pierce Family Cemetery in Hallsboro, NC, with Pastor Ronnie Brisson officiating. 

Ronald Kerry Moody will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him. His legacy of hard work, love for his family, and passion for the outdoors will always be remembered.
