Ruth Inez Parnell's Obituary
Ms. Ruth Inez Parnell was born on May 4, 1935 in Bladen county to the late Theodore and Letha Yarbrough Wilkins and passed away on October 23, 2026 at the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Angel House in Whiteville, surrounded by her loving family. Ruth was 91 years of age.
A time of visitation will be held at the Bladenboro Funeral Chapel on Monday, October 26, 2026 from the hours of 6:00PM until 8:00PM.
A complete obituary is forthcoming.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday, October 27, 2026 at Butters Baptist Church with Pastor Hunter Nance and Pastor Randy Sykes officiating. Burial will follow the service in the Butters Cemetery.
